The elegance is the main feature of this superior wine which amazes the palate at every sip.
The name Brèjo comes from the tradition that reigns supreme in our work. The “breji” are pendants with corals handed down from mother to daughter in the local families. They are the perfect metaphor for the long tradition that has raised the expertise of our family in the wine sector.
Colour: soft straw yellow
Scent: elegant fragrances that express finesse with a floral scent of lavender, broom, lily of the valley, sweet violet and a citrus hint of ripe tangerine. Then, you can taste dried fruit, mainly almond.
Flavour: the mouthfeel is taut with a sour hint which determines austerity, energy and longevity
Alcohol content: from 13,5% to 14,5%, according to the year
Maturing: stainless steel
Produced bottles: around 2500 per years; niche production that enables to maintain high quality standards
